Attorney Anthony Troiano has been practicing law in the metro-Boston
area since 1990. He has a diverse background in numerous areas
of law ranging from Real Estate and Business Law to Personal
Injury Law and Wills/Trusts. Attorney Troiano has concentrated
in residential real estate conveyancing and its related issues
of title review and examination. Since 1996, he has managed
his own law firm, Anthony Troiano III P.C., representing buyers,
sellers and currently more than forty local, regional and national
mortgage lenders in residential transactions.

Attorney Zisimopoulos graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 1994. She has concentrated in real estate conveyancing and title review and examination since joining Anthony Troiano III, P.C. in 2002.

Prior to joining the Anthony Troiano III P.C., Ms. Gabalis served as a real estate paralegal with Segal, Edelstein, Bussone & Fallon in Beverly, Massachusetts. She also served as a loan coordinator for East/West Mortgage Company. Ms. Gabalis currently serves as a real estate paralegal for the firm with a concentration in resolving title issues. She performs all aspects of real estate closing package preparation, loan disbursement, and lien release, research and removal. Education: Salem State College (B.S. 1998).

Ms. Crowley joined Anthony Troiano III, P.C. in January 2007 as a real estate paralegal. She performs all aspects of real estate transactions from preclosing and hud preparation to post closing.
